Anna Belle (Railsback) Young, 99, of Clifton passed away Friday, January 13, 2017 at Providence Hospice Place. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 16, 2017 at Clifton Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Smith officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial at Clifton Cemetery.
