Bill was born in Austin, Texas on October 10, 1944, to parents Jack Milton and Bonnie O. Richardson Ingram and raised by Bonnie and Hubert W. (Rabbit) Ingram.

In Bill’s adult years, he married Jolene, who he took care of and loved dearly.

Bill traveled to many places due to the occupations he was involved in. He was a Foreman, a Farrier, and a Universal Operator. His craftsmanship as a Farrier involved trimming and shoeing horses. Bill did have his Physical limitation, but that didn’t keep him down. He was always full of life, and he was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Bill did get to enjoy many fun activities. He loved to watch Tractor Racing, Tractor Pulls, participating in parades and many events around Clifton. He loved to ride his golf cart around town with his dog. Bill also liked to relax and smoke his pipe in his spare time.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife Jolene and his sister Sandra Hardy.

He is survived by his daughters; Patricia and husband James Estep, Tonya and husband Jason Davis and Sarah and husband Remo Atrides. Grandchildren; Brett, Shawn, Christian, James III, Hollie, Bernard, Monica, Savanah, Cole, Rosemary, Jasmine, Verity, Kidder, and 20 Great grandchildren as well. He is also survived by sisters Frances (“Tom”) Ware and Gail Hegar.

Bill was also a big part of Raymond (“B.J.”) Sadler and Wendy Harris’ life and he loved them as his own. ‘“B.J.” was like a son to him. He also played a part in raising Jermaine Sedberry and raised him into the man he is today. Jermaime has been a significant part of many people’s lives in Clifton, Texas. He has always been friendly and kind to others and this is in itself, a testimony to others of the help and care Bill showed him for many, many years.
