Corina (Felan) Gloria

Corina (Felan) Gloria 82, of Meridian, passed away on June 18, 2024. A service to honor Corina will be held at the Meridian Civic Center from 1:00-5:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 29, 2024.

She was born on January 29, 1942, Corina dedicated her life to helping others, a commitment evident in both her personal and professional life.

Corina spent her career in home health care, providing support and compassion until her retirement on April 26, 2024. Her work was not just a job but a manifestation of her caring nature, impacting the lives of many families in her community.

Known for her loving, caring personality, Corina was also feisty and never shied away from speaking her mind. She had the unique ability to light up a room with her humor, making everyone around her laugh and smile.

She is survived by her husband, Felix Q. Morones, Sr.; her children, Lee Ray Gloria and wife Norma, Felix Morones, Jr. and wife Tabitha, and Teresa Cheney and husband Ron; grandchildren, Jami Gloria, Brandi Beaulieu, Lana Morones, Matthew Gloria, Jacob Gloria, Dakota Cheney, Kara Hops, Jacob Brown, and John Brown; and great-grandchildren, Madi Ray Gloria, Jaxon Gloria, Jacob King, Reese Gloria, and Dayshawn Jones. Corina was preceded in death by her parents and sons, James and George Gloria.

Corina's legacy of love, laughter, and dedication to her faith and family will forever be cherished and remembered by those who knew her.
