Henry Prosser

Henry Eldon Prosser, 78, of Valley Mills passed away Monday, November 13, 2017 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Clifton Funeral Home.

Henry was born July 8, 1939 in Hale Center, TX to Howard and Maggie (Woodall) Prosser. He graduated from Valley Mills High School and attended Tarleton State University. On December 28, 1965, he married Sue Todd, they had two children, Todd and Desiree. He retired from General Tire after 30 years and went to work at Gearench for 5 years. He was a member of the Valley Mills Masonic Lodge and the Searsville Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Erba Light, Mary Deans; and brother, Larry Prosser.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Prosser of Valley Mills; son, Todd Prosser and wife Sara, of Valley Mills; daughter, Desiree Prosser and companion, Kim of Temple; brother, Jerry Prosser and wife, Kay of Mansfield; grandchildren, Dana Peters, Jessica Flores, Clayton Prosser; and four great grandchildren.
