Jason Alton Carlson

Jason Alton Carlson, 45, passed away at his home outside of Clifton, on May 31, 2017. The family will hold a private memorial and celebration of Jason’s life on the family farm at a later date.

Jason was born in Pampa, Texas on August 19, 1971. He graduated from Pampa High School in 1990 and went on to graduate from Texas State Technical Institute in Amarillo where he became certified in welding and fabrication. He moved to the family farm in Bosque County June of 1994. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

Jason had a delightful sense of humor and loved telling stories to his three year old niece. He was currently working on a novel and had a vivid imagination. He was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Whitney, Texas where he was saved and baptized May 29, 2005.

Family left with precious memories are his father and mother, Julian P. Carlson Jr. and Carolyn R. Carlson; sister, Crystal G. Chambliss and husband, C. Kevin Chambliss, and niece, Carley Grace Chambliss.
