Margie Ruth Krueger

Margie Krueger, 64, of Clifton passed away Friday afternoon, May 29, 2015 at Providence Health Center in Waco. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Hope Ministries, 407 E. Avenue C, in Valley Mills, with Pastor Craig Godby officiating.

Born in Hillsboro on February 13, 1951, Margie was the daughter of William Gotleib and Lydia (Strauch) Wiese. She grew up in the West area. In July of 1976, she married William "Dub" McCoy. He preceded her in death on October 15, 1985. She later married Mike Krueger in 1986 and the couple lived in West until moving to Clifton in 2013.

A dedicated homemaker, Margie enjoyed sewing and embroidering and was a master of jigsaw puzzles. She cherished the time she had to spend with her grandchildren. In her quiet moments, she liked to relax reading a good book. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ in West. Also preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, Alvin and Jimmy Wiese; and a sister, Mildred Wiese.

Survivors include her loving husband of 29 years, Mike Krueger of Clifton; two children, Bill McCoy and wife, DaLynn, of Clifton and Millie Todd, and husband, James, of Valley Mills; three brothers, Eddie Wiese of Waco, Leonard Wiese of West, and Willie Lee Wiese and wife, Joyce, of Corsicana; one sister, Helen McCoy of West; seven grandchildren, Christian, Amber, Drew, Brandon, Allen, Caleb, and Lynndi; and a number of nieces and nephews.
