Raymond Rosentreter

Raymond Karl Rosentreter, 93, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Clifton Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:30 P.M. Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Clifton Funeral Home.

Raymond was born in Aleman, TX on January 16, 1926, to Louis and Ida (Kelm) Rosentreter. He attended school at Shive, Womack, and Clifton. He served his country in the United States Navy from 1944 to 1946. On March 17, 1949, he married Hester Meinkowsky. He worked at General Tire for 35 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Marvin and Alvis.

he is survived by his wife, Hester Rosentreter, of Waco; son, Steven Rosentreter and wife, Terry of Grapevine; daughter, Nancy Juarez of San Antonio; grandchildren, Eddie Crosby, Raymond Crosby, Ryan Juarez, and Lauren Juarez; 11 great-grandchildren and numerous other beloved family.
