Tony Junior Fulton

Tony Junior Fulton, 62, just three days shy of his 63rd birthday passed away on April 1, 2023 at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 14, 2023 at Clifton Memorial Park. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Clifton Funeral Home.

Tony was born in Clifton, Texas to parents Georgia Lee (Reagan) and Thomas Cleveland Fulton on April 4, 1960. He grew up in the small community of Clifton, Texas spending his childhood years going to Clifton Elementary and Clifton Junior High School. In Junior High, he started to officially play football for the Clifton Cubs, but he actually started playing in first grade with all his friends on the play ground. He was fast as lightning then and as the years went by, his speed only increased on the field as well as the track field too! In High School he was a powerhouse on the football field and would run over the players like a locomotive. His football skills were awesome, but that is not what made Tony so special. He was always kind to others. He was a dear friend and he always had that shiny bright smile for all those around him. After graduation in 1979, Tony went to work for Gearench MFG. He was surrounded by lots of his classmates, as they worked and held summer jobs there, when not at college. It was like a continuation of High School, but with the bonus of being paid! Tony also joined the National Guard. He was a proud member of that branch of military and he served our country faithfully up until the time of his retirement. This dear brother and friend was so special because of his kind heart. He will be missed by all those whose lives he touched in our little town of Clifton, Texas.
