William "Bill" Hamilton Dyson

William H. Dyson was born August 5, 1932 in Montgomery, Louisiana. He passed away September 14, 2021 peacefully under the great care of Goodall Witcher Hospital, Dr Phillips and Sunset Hospice.  A Graveside Memorial will be held at a later date.

William, or Bill, spent many years working in the oil fields drilling.  If you asked him he would teach you how to drill an oil well from start to finish.  Working gave him great pleasure.
Bill, affectionately known as Papa Bill, loved his family fiercely and especially spending time with them.  He always enjoyed receiving high fives from great grandchildren.
Bill is preceded in death by his wife Patricia Dyson, oldest son Leslie C. Dyson and son Jimmy Dyson.

Bill is survived by his daughter Melissa Pate of Midland, Texas, son Tim Dyson and wife Sheri of Cranfills Gap, Texas, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
